Aroeira I Golf Course: Pro Tips

Hole Tips given by professional players and based on white tees:
1 A relatively straight hole with a bunker to the right of the fairway and a difficult approach to the green which is protected by three bunkers on the left.
2 A relatively long hole with a dogleg to the right. The green is protected by a bunker on both sides.
3 The hole has a dogleg to the left. Since there is usually a headwind the hole plays much longer. The fairway slopes to the right and the green is protected by bunkers on both sides.
4 A flat hole whose green is protected by a lake on the right and a bunker on the left.
5 A relatively simple hole with a slight slope to the left where the ball lands after being driven.
6 A relatively short hole with a dogleg to the right and a green protected by a bunker and lake on the left.
7 This hole has a dogleg to the right and bunkers on both sides. The green slopes sharply to the left.
8 It is a fairly difficult par 3 hole since it requires a long iron to a green that slopes sharply to the left and is protected by a large bunker on the right.
9 A somewhat undulating fairway and a slight dogleg to the right, the ninth green has a bunker to the left and rear.
10 The hole has a fairly undulating fairway and to the right is out of bounds. The second shot involves a slight dogleg to the right, while the green is protected by water and a bunker on the left and a bunker on the right.
11 A straight hole that slopes down after the first 100 meters, towards the green that has water and bunkers to the left and right.
12 A relatively straightforward hole whose green is protected by a bunker on the right.
13 A relatively long, straight hole. There is a bunker to the right of the green.
14 The hole is 125m long. There is a large lake between the tee and the green, which is well protected by a bunker to the right and rear.
15 For the first shot the fairway rises and doglegs slightly to the right, while for the second it drops and has a sharp dogleg to the left. The green is protected by a lake on the left and a bunker on the right.
16 A relatively straight, simple hole. The green is protected by bushes on the left and a bunker on the right.
17 The fairway dips down and has a dogleg to the left, while the green is protected by a bunker on each side.
18 A straight hole if you tee off with a driver. Where the ball lands the ground slopes to the left which may leave no angle for the second shot to the green.
